Orders can be cancelled up to the time of despatch. Once despatched orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order please email us at: [email protected].
Refund applicable will be made within 7 days of cancellation.
Product cannot be returned unless the product is incorrectly made or out of specification. If upon receipt of your order you consider the product to be faulty you must notify us by email within 7 days of your delivery. Email us at: [email protected].
Product packaging must not have been opened and the product not consumed in part or whole.
The cost of returning product to us is the responsibility of the returnee.
Exchanges can only be accommodated if you, the customer, requests this within 7 days of receipt of your order. Additionally, the product packaging must be completely intact and no product has been consumed or partially consumed. Also, all additional delivery costs (the return and subsequent new order despatch, whether below the minimum order value or not), will be charged to the customer.
A refund for non-delivery will be paid in full inclusive of any postage charge. This refund will only be paid if there is no evidence of delivery by the Post Office.
Promotional offers will be effected from time to time. These will all have their own specific terms and conditions and notified at the time of the promotion. Any discounts or coupons have no alternative cash value. And are subject to stock availability.
